You will be eligible for a refund only if you meet the circumstance listed below:.

■  You have accidentally bought the same exact product twice (or multiple times). This is the only case you that makes you eligible to request a refund. Use this form to submit your refund request.

All my items are No Transfer: unlike real goodies, you can’t send it back to the merchant. Hence, no refunds. A single purchase will be always considered intentional: it requires additional confirmation. We are not responsible of your accidental clicks and of your wrong assumptions. The Demos are the same exact textures of the final product with some overlaid watermarks and the product features are always clearly stated; inspect them accurately before to finalize your buy.
